The Breakfast Meetings from 7.30-8.30am are a good feeling and powerful way to start your day, with the focus on doing morning spritual practices. They are also a fantastic way to get into the routine of doing spiritual practice on a daily basis.

We begin with meditation, followed by a focusing process, an appreciation process and finishing with Tracy's "Creating a Wonderful Day Visualisation".

Please bring a pen.

Hot drinks are provided. (Note: depending on numbers, some of us may be sitting on comfy mats and cushions rather than chairs).
