Meditation 101 is a special relaxed group that provides a warm and uplifting space in which to meditate with others in whatever way is easy and natural to you. The group takes place every Wednesday from 7.30 - 8.30am.

Meditating regularly can enhance wellbeing and balance whilst also bringing a greater sense of peace and clarity.

We begin with meditation to music, followed by a quieter meditation and finishing with Tracy's Creating a Wonderful Day Visualisation.

Everyone is welcome.


Hot drinks are provided. (Note: depending on numbers, some of us may be sitting on comfy mats and cushions rather than chairs).
